Appeal Process essentially means a secondary review request. Encourage applicants to seek a reevaluation if they believe their application merits another look. Request additional details from them, which can serve as an opportunity to further verify the legitimacy of their application and check for any spam.

Community Engagement through Telegram

Establishing a Telegram group is a beneficial approach for providing support and facilitating easy communication with grantees. Include the information of this group in all promotional materials to facilitate easy access and participation.

Timeline for Appeal Form Submission

  • Establish and communicate specific deadlines. For example, inform people of the final date for submitting their appeal form and when they should anticipate a decision. This prevents a constant influx of applications.
